HPC International Camps

All year round the HPC offer one month or longer stays for surfers looking to dramatically improve and reach their full potential under the constant guidance of a HPC coach. Programs include:

• Individualised coaching program including video analysis of every session
• Accommodation with host family
• Airport transfers
• Three meals a day
• All transport
• Silicon Coach DVD mailed out after the camp which allows surfers to continue coaching after their training program. Silicon Coach is an innovative computer software program that allows coaches to analyse your surfing. Surfers receive a DVD which includes a compilation of your surfing footage with digital pencil drawings identifying where a surfer can improve technique, comparisons with the world's best surfers and audio commentary from your coach

HPC coaches are recognised world-wide for their programs which have been finetuned while working with Team Australia, WCT surfers and hundreds of high profile junior surfers. Key information of our coaching strategies include:
Analysis of surfing technique

• Video evaluations after every surfing session - the coach will film every surfing session
• Information on how to surf to judging criteria and gain a better understanding of what the judges are looking for when a surfer rides the wave
• Competition preparation and strategies
• Fitness testing and stretching
• Wave selection, time management, psychological approach and competition analysis of a surfers strategies
